Berry-Spinach Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 c. frozen mixed berries
  • ¾ c. plain 2% Greek yogurt
  • ½ c. silken tofu
  • ½ c. packed spinach
  • ½ banana

Directions

  1. Puree 1 cup frozen mixed berries, ¾ cup plain 2% Greek yogurt, ½ cup silken tofu, ½ cup packed spinach, and ½ banana in a blender until smooth.
