A berry nice way to start your day.
- 1 c. frozen mixed berries
- ¾ c. plain 2% Greek yogurt
- ½ c. silken tofu
- ½ c. packed spinach
- ½ banana
- Puree 1 cup frozen mixed berries, ¾ cup plain 2% Greek yogurt, ½ cup silken tofu, ½ cup packed spinach, and ½ banana in a blender until smooth.
