Hugh Jackman reassured his fans that "all's well" today in a post sharing that he has once again been treated for skin cancer.

Jackman has been treated multiple times for skin cancer since his wife, Deborra-Lee Furness, first urged him to get checked in December 2013. The latest update from Jackman came with another familiar reminder to take care of yourself and your health.

"Another basal cell carcinoma," the Wolverine actor wrote in a post on Twitter, alongside a photo of his nose all bandaged up. "Thanks to frequent checks [and] amazing doctors, all's well. Looks worse with the dressing on than off! WEAR SUNSCREEN."

Jackman has been open about his multiple skin cancer treatments, repeatedly urging fans to get their skin checked regularly and always wear sunscreen.

After his first check-up in 2013, he documented two other procedures in May and October 2014, even turning up for the premiere of X-Men: Days of Future Past with a bandaged nose.
