2. Rachel Graham
After having two kids and losing more than 100 pounds, Graham revealed her loose skin on Instagram. Her story reminded people who experience the same thing after extreme weight loss that loose skin is not just normal — it's a reason to be proud.
3. Mary Maxwell
This inspiring 24-year-old lost 165 pounds after having gastric bypass surgery, despite multiple complications. In March, Maxwell started a GoFundMe page to raise money for the removal of the excess skin, which she says will help her fully regain her confidence.
4. Andrew Taylor
This year, Taylor made everyone jealous with his unique weight-loss diet: He shed 70 pounds in 100 days by eating nothing but potatoes — and the occasional beer.
5. Haley Smith
This 24-year-old set her #BrideGoals and conquered them, losing 110 pounds between her engagement and wedding.
6. Jess Pack
Pack was one of the first women to post a fake weight-loss transformation photo, igniting a body-positive trend that made women everywhere think twice before comparing themselves to the seemingly perfect photos in their feeds.
7. Tiffany Brien
Brien rose to fame when she shared a transformation photo taken 12 hours after her before shot, proving just how much bloating can affect the way you look — and that's totally normal!
8. Erica Lugo
Lugo's weight-loss photos were among the most popular posts tagged #WeightLossTransformation on Instagram this year, according to a spokesperson for the social network. On her weight-loss journey, Lugo lost an incredible 150 pounds.

Wells's weight-loss photos prove that your lowest weight isn't necessarily your happiest or healthiest, which was a message that went viral for a very good reason.
10. Justine McCabe
When she lost both her mother and husband, McCabe's grief led her to gain more than 100 pounds. But then, McCabe found a way to regain control of her life — and lost an incredible 124 pounds. As a testament to her epic dedication and the patience required to see such incredible results, she tracked her progress by snapping one selfie a day.
