1 Jumping Jacks With a Clap

Warm up with some jumping jacks. But instead of bringing your arms to your sides, clap them behind your back. Repeat for 30 seconds.

2 High Kicks

Bring your leg up in front of your body to meet both arms. Alternate every other leg for 30 seconds.

3 Squat Lifts

A little different than your typical squat, put your hands on your knees and round your back as you lift up. Inhale as you go down, exhale as you go up. Repeat for 30 seconds.

4 Leg Climb Crunches

Lying on your back, lift one leg and slowly climb up with your hands until your body is lifted into a seated position, then slowly climb back down. Alternate every other leg for 1 minute.

5 Seated Punches

Stand with your legs shoulder-width apart and lower into a seated position. Don't fully go into a squat. Punch forward with alternating arms, releasing all the built-up stress in your body. Repeat for 30 seconds.

6 Jumping Punches

Alternating your legs back and forth as you jump, pretend you're punching a speed bag at eye level. Repeat for 30 seconds.
