1. Upgrade Your Water Bottle
First, throw a water bottle in your bag to stay hydrated on-the-go. To make sure you're drinking enough water, write different time intervals on pieces of tape and stick them on your bottle. This way you'll have a reminder to take a sip every couple of hours.
2. Make Your Own Dry Shampoo
If you're too rushed to shower at the gym, make your own dry shampoo using cornstarch, cocoa powder, and lavender oil. Simply put everything in a small container and shake for a quick hair fix. It might sound like a weird combo, but it works.
3. Say Goodbye to Stinky Shoes
Eliminate stinky shoe woes by placing tea bags in your sneakers to absorb wetness and odor. Cover the soles with a shower cap to keep everything else in your bag nice and clean.
